SHIPPING DOMESTICALLY

STREET TRADE Studios ships all videotapes and DVDs via United Parcel Service (UPS). Packages take no more than 5 or 6 business days to ship. Second Day is available, but not recommended on the West Coast where ground delivery is less than 2 days.

Orders are usually filled same day. Our pick up time is 4pm Pacific. Orders received after that are shipped the next business day. There is no pick up Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Orders can take up to 3 days to fill if there is restocking involved. No notification is sent regarding shipping. If you haven't received your package in 14 days you should contact us, so we can track it.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. DO NOT USE A P.O. BOX IN YOUR ORDER. Orders must be delivered somewhere where they can be signed for.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

International Orders are processed next business day and shipped USPS Airmail Parcel Post with an estimated delivery time of 4-10 days. Shipping costs vary by country and weight and will be calculated and added to the authorized charge amount when shipped.

Due to various county and state restrictions we will not ship adult product to the following destinations:

• Armed Forces - completely restricted
• Florida - We can ship statewide EXCEPT for Jacksonville & Tallahassee
• Mississippi - completely restricted
• Nebraska - We can ship statewide EXCEPT to zip codes beginning with the following numbers: 681XX - 685XX
• North Carolina - completely restricted
• Ohio - We can ship statewide EXCEPT to Cincinnati
• Puerto Rico - completely restricted
• Tennessee - completely restricted
• Texas - We can only ship to the following cities: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Corpus Cristi, Austin
• Utah - completely restricted
• Virgin Islands - completely restricted
